The Nussbaum is referenced as a “Gîte bébé câlin” and has an access to WIFI Internet.
Included in the rent :
maintenance charges (heating and cooling of the guest house during the warm season, electricity, water) the beddings (sheets, pillows).
The tourist tax and a basket filled with logs so that you can enjoy a fire in the fireplace .
Available on request : towels (a bath sheet, a towel, and a flannel washcloth / person), a tablecloth and napkins. Price on demand.
Housework :
You will be asked to give the gîte back tidy and in perfect order; please report if any damages were caused during your stay. Housework facilities are available on request (fixed rate: 80€).
The total amount of tourist accommodation of the gîte is 9 persons. In case there were more people than written in the contract, the owner of the gîte will have the right to refuse the extra tenants or, by agreement, you will be charged extra fees.
Animals are welcome, for 15€ per day with deposit.
No- smoking house (inside).
